The reception is open every day from 9 to 12 am and from 2 to 7 pm (low season), from 9 to 12.30 am and 2 to 7 pm (high season).

At the reception you will find :
- Tourist information: concerning your stay: road map, brochures, leaflets on the surroundings and activities outside of the campsite,
- Registration for activities such as canoe, canyoning, adventure in the trees, climbing, hiking…
- Post services: sending before 12 every morning (except Sunday) and collecting of your mails,
- Purchase for laundry: tokens for the washing machine and dryer,
- Purchase access for the Wi-Fi (tickets),
- Iron can be borrowed from the reception,
- Rental of sheets,baby beds and chairs, barbecues, fridges and televisions,
La réception
Wifi (against payment)
If your laptop, tablet or Smartphone is equipped with Wi-Fi you will be able to connect to the Internet from your Mobil-home and anywhere else on the camping site. For those who are not equipped, a computer is at your disposal at the bar, during the opening hours. With this you can check your email, local weather, tourist activities, seasonal events, etc
Free and limited WiFi Connexion at the bar and swimmingpool. You can ask for a ticket at the reception.
Wi-Fi cards are sold at the reception desk, or can be purchased directly through your computer (debit or credit cards only).

Bar, grocery and bakery services open from 17/05 to 22/09/2024. The restaurant opens from 8/07 to 24/08/2024.
Nearby, you will find some little shops in Vals-les-Bains (1,5 kms) and the big super markets you will find in Aubenas (3 kms).
Doctor (1.5 kms), pharmacy (1.5 kms), dentist (1.5 kms), hospital in Aubenas (3 kms), police station in Aubenas (3 kms), post office of Aubenas (3 kms).
Activities
Enjoy the bathing and animations
In July and August, animation programs will rhythm your stay. Younger guests can have fun at the Kids Club (from 5 years old), free access, while the bigger guests can participate in sports activities (tournaments, games…). In the evening, we offer various entertainment (karaoke, mini-disco, dancing, magic, concerts…).

The evening performances take place at the terrace of the bar/ restaurant from 9 pm and finish not later than 11:30 pm.
A kids club, is proposed every day from 10 to 12 am. The meeting point takes place on the terrace of the bar on the reception side. Our french and Dutch animation team propose various workshops. They may also participate in treasure hunts, realization of a show, games…
The kids club is not a daycare, the animators will not be able to keep the children who wish to leave. Parents are therefore required to be present on the campsite during the activities.
On the board of the Ardèche River, you can relax under the trees, play or swim.

- Between friends, play some ‘pétanque’ together…
- Borrow a book at the library (in different languages).
There’s also A circus, coming over several times during the season on the campsite.
You can admire the animals during the day and come to see the show at the end of the day (against payment).
